Afterglow

My daily inspiration living here on the Mendocino Coast is the ocean, in all it's ever-changing glory.
What good fortune I've had getting to live in these magnificent surroundings for such a long time. I hope this painting brings you the sense of magic and splendor that you can always find here in northern California.

The glowing light of sunset brings warmth to everything in it's path. I love settling into the evening's shimmer, enjoying it's beauty, and feasting on the bountiful gifts of the planet. I don't think there's anything that could make me feel more blessed. Sunset Quietude

Solitude

A magical moment when the sun disappeared into the mountain cloud cover. The light became diffused and dreamy. The stream echoed the sky in color and serenity. The glories of nature paint the most incredible picture of all.

Days End

Another breath-taking  Mendocino Coast sunset. The carnelian setting sun peeking through the lingering fog bank, gracing the viewer with what continues to be the eternal blessing of each day.
