Storm Front
Another blustery, wintry day here on the northern coast of California. It looked like the birds were just trying to find a little sheltered nook in which to make their landing. The storm was blowing in full force, which is nothing unusual around here. The colors of the ocean and sky were glorious. From turquoise to cobalt and everything in between.
What a reminder of mother natures incredible force.

One can feel the powerful storm approaching and smell the salty sea air in this painting. I love the way the wind churns the ocean and makes everything appear so mysterious.
ReplyDeleteI love when storms are here. Everything gets so cleared out and freshened. It's been one of those weeks and it's totally beautiful!
