Lily in the Morning
Now the wide variety of Lilies are beginning to bloom. Every color you can imagine! I love the white ones. They always look so pure and fresh. This lily jumped right out at me, and I just had to do a painting of it. So lucky are we to have the amazing array of flowers blooming in every which direction. I hope you enjoy viewing this sweet lily. I have a feeling there will be more paintings of lilies ahead!

Drama Queen

Another stately Calla gracing my flower garden. So beautiful to see them every day. I'm sure glad I love painting Calla's as much as I do. Painting them feeds my soul like nothing else. I hope I've gotten that feeling across to all.

Aglow With Life
The light shines in on my bouquet. The radiance and joy that Spring delights in bringing to my garden makes my heart sing!
I couldn't resist picking a bright collection of these beauties to paint. I hope in this painting I've conveyed the sense of Spring's teeming abundance.

Glow From Within
I was pleased to find, upon close inspection, that a second crop of Calla's are about to spring forth.
Of course I was instantly inspired to paint one more Calla. I decided I wanted to try using totally different colors in the background than I used in the Calla. I normally would use some of each of the same color in the background and in the main subject so as to create a sense of cohesiveness. But, what the heck. It's always fun to try something new. I'm pretty tickled with the outcome. Hope you like it too...

Emerald Sunset Sky
http://www.dailypaintworks.com/artists/sunshine-taylor-2674
Seascapes and sunsets feed my soul. Painting them nourishes it even more. Living on the Mendocino Coast has totally spoiled me. Day after day of glorious ocean and sky, ever changing at the drop of a hat. It's so wonderful to be able to send these heartfelt paintings out into the world.
